SUMMARY:2025 NHLA Summer Plant Identification Course
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER ONLINE TODAY for the 2025 NHLA Plant ID Summer Course. Class meets Tuesdays\, June 10 – September 9\, 5-8 pm.\n\nClasses will be held at nurseries\, parks and estates in NH\, central to the majority of participants. Past classes have been held in the Concord & Seacoast areas. Once you have registered\, you will be informed of the sites.\n\nOver 250 woody and herbaceous plants will be reviewed in the course\, roughly 18-20 plants per week. Quizzes will be held weekly to review the identification\, common name and scientific name of the plants covered. The plant list is posted on the NHLA website.  Registration and additional information can be found on the NHLA Website.

DESCRIPTION:The Soake Pools Experience Center in Pembroke\, NH offers landscape professionals an in-person opportunity to learn about the design and installation of precast plunge pools. During the visit\, we will see a variety of pool models set in various installation methods and gain a deeper understanding of how these small-footprint pools can be integrated into landscape designs. The event focuses on practical knowledge\, including site planning\, material options\, and technical considerations\, helping you and your clients confidently incorporate plunge pools into the landscape design. There will be a chance for you to go behind the scenes at their manufacturing facility to view the preparation and hand-tiling\, with pools in different stages of production. Come see experience this new local resource! \nExperience the Industry! Landscape After Hours (LAH) are free events that provide opportunities for landscape professionals to get together in a casual atmosphere while getting out and seeing interesting and innovative projects\, sites\, and services in NH’s green industry.
