reminds you exactly why this industry and this association matters. Our Safety Day was a tremendous success, and not just in terms of turnout. The energy in the room, the engagement from our crews and leaders, and the shared commitment to doing things the right way made it clear that safety is not just a requirement, it is a cornerstone of how we build strong companies and lasting careers. From my perspective at North Point Outdoors, I can tell you that investing in safety always pays dividends in morale, in retention, and in the pride our teams bring to the field every day.<\/p>\n<p>I want to extend a sincere thank you to our sponsors who helped make Safety Day possible. Their support is what allows us to deliver meaningful, high quality programming for our members and their teams.
